Last Saturday night the 1 Minute Films created during and immediately after the film festival were screened at Diamond Tooth Gerties. Filmmakers,  friends and curious gamblers looked on as 16 films were screened by such luminaries as Jean Sebastion Coté, Karen Mackay, Tim Falconer, Elizabeth Houg, Ben Horodyski, Curtis Grahauer, Dan Sokolowski, Carolyn Mark and Dennis Siemens, Rick Zimmer and Veronica Verkley, Joann Priestley and Peter Menzies. The judges voted Elzabeth Houg's "She Coyote" as the winning entry. The audience award went to "Lil Racerz", featuring Lulu and Zackery Bartholomeus.

Revellers then sang the night away with Curtis Garhauer hosting a jam packed night of karaoke! The long winter in Dawson is over!
